We are looking for self-motivated, outgoing, charismatic, and determined candidates ready to make sales a career. Our Internet Sales position is backed with a $2,500 monthly guarantee during training. Kendall provides competitive compensation plans which include large minimum compensation per sale and substantial monthly volume incentives.

Job duties include responding to inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to internet based inquiries quickly and effectively, setting up client appointments, working with management staff to negotiate vehicle prices, using computers, phones, and social networking sites to follow up with active prospects in order to build rapport, referrals, and future sales, attending sales meetings and trainings and assisting with showroom and vehicle lot displays.

Candidates must be willing to work weekend and evening shifts, have strong communication, grammar, and email compensation skills, have the capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models, have a good driving record and valid driver license.

Work is performed primarily indoors, travel to out-of-town training events is infrequent but required, candidates may spend up to ¾ of work shift using computers or phones, making and receiving approximately 40-70 calls per day, use of snow removal tools required, majority of job duties will be completed by standing, walking, or sitting throughout work shift and lifting may be required up to 20 pounds rarely.
