Toyota of Bend is a high-speed fast-paced service department assisting clients throughout Central Oregon. We are looking to add to our service team and have an opening for a Mobile Service Receptionist (MSR) / Cashier.
This position works primarily in the reception drive area of the Service Department, you will be working directly with the Service Advisors to assist them with processing clients. The goal is to help streamline our Service Department and be sure our clients are getting the appropriate assistance while in for service.
Our successful MSR will have a professional tone, be detailed oriented, have an aptitude for computers, have the ability to explain technical information in non-technical terms to clients, have the ability to convey a caring, helpful and empathic attitude to both callers and clients in person and most importantly the desire to promptly provide exceptional service and assistance.
Duties will include greeting and directing clients in the service drive, checking in and out rental vehicles, arranging shuttle rides, cashiering service clients, assisting with opening and closing repair orders, completing vehicle walk-around, portering client vehicles as needed and appropriately documenting work completed in various systems.
Starting hourly wage is $13 and after 90 days a Survey Bonus will become available. A valid driver license and good driving record are required.
