Kendall Central Oregon is looking for a Business Development Manager. Experience in automotive sales is required. As the Business Development Manager you will be working directly with the sales staff to assist in closing sales, actively participate in vehicle price negotiation, appraise incoming vehicles, conduct sales meetings and trainings and supervising sales staff ensuring policy and procedure compliance. The position will also include researching existing customer database to identify opportunities for new sales by using a CRM system along with tracking sales activities.

Daily tasks to include tracking sales team workflow including: daily sales calls, closing ratios, showroom activities and daily organizers; contacting customers via email, phone and in person; and reporting gathered information to fellow sales managers and sales staff alike.
