Kendall Auto Group's Insurance Agency is looking for a professional, enthusiastic, self-motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a licensed Insurance Sales Consultant at Kendall Ford of Meridian. Schedule will include some weekends and evenings.

This individual will be responsible for assisting and advising customers on their insurance needs, creating insurance quotes, generating sales, servicing existing customers and assist in prospecting new customers. Responsibilities also include cross sales, outgoing calls, prospecting and building business referral relationships.

Requirements : Candidate must have excellent computer skills, phone skills, a strong work ethic, be organized, and able to multi-task efficiently. Candidate must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude. Previous sales experience a plus. Must have Property & Casualty License to perform job duties. If not currently licensed must be able to complete fast-track study program and pass state insurance exam and background screening.

We offer all the training, tools and support you will need to become successful. This is a full time position with Base Pay + Performance income.

Works indoors.
Hours include evening, weekend and holiday work. Work shift may extend for protracted periods without prior notice.

May spend the majority of each work shift working with PCs and video display screens.

Carrying: occasionally, up to 20 pounds for up to 200 feet.
Lifting: occasionally, up to 20 pounds.
Hearing and speech capability adequate to converse with clients in person and by telephone.
Sight adequate to operate computer applications without visually impaired interfaces and to review and complete required paperwork.
